    Materials arrive, floors and furniture get covered, dust gets contained. Then the trades run back to back: demo, drywall, paint, floors.

  4. Step 4: Walkthrough & sign-off

    We walk the job with you in daylight, fix anything on your list, and leave the space swept and clear.
